Junior Sales Representative
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Reach out to potential clients, present insurance benefits, and tailor coverage to secure sales
- Act as the main point of contact, assisting with financial service inquiries and support
- Foster strong dealer relationships by advising on complex transactions, supporting sales reps and attending events
- Analyze the market and existing portfolio to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare contracts for insurance and leasing, meeting all company and legal requirements
- Sell insurance, customize solutions, and meet client needs.
Your profile:
- A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field (or in the final stages of your studies)
- Experience in customer service, sales, or financial operations, preferably in banking, leasing, or automotive financing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with financial software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent Latvian, excellent spoken and written in English
