Junior Sales Representative

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Reach out to potential clients, present insurance benefits, and tailor coverage to secure sales
  • Act as the main point of contact, assisting with financial service inquiries and support
  • Foster strong dealer relationships by advising on complex transactions, supporting sales reps and attending events
  • Analyze the market and existing portfolio to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare contracts for insurance and leasing, meeting all company and legal requirements
  • Sell insurance, customize solutions, and meet client needs.

Your profile:

  • A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field (or in the final stages of your studies)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or financial operations, preferably in banking, leasing, or automotive financing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with financial software is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Fluent Latvian, excellent spoken and written in English
