Role Summary:
As Marketing Production Coordinator, you will be the vital link between internal stakeholders and external creative partners. Your main responsibility is to coordinate the full content production process — from receiving and refining briefs to ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across markets.
This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role where your ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our marketing output. You will be part of the newly established Production Community of Scania Northern Europe, a collaborative organization operating across all countries within the region. As we implement a new way of working with communications, you will help shape our operational practices and contribute to building a more efficient and aligned content coordination process.
In this role, you will:
- Manage incoming production requests from internal stakeholders, aligning expectations around deliverables, timelines, budgets, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the production process.
- Brief and manage external agencies and suppliers to support the production of digital, print, and multimedia content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, meets regional requirements, and is delivered efficiently across platforms and markets.
- Plan and oversee production workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are used effectively.
- Review and validate content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and legal standards.
- Manage content uploads and organization on digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and proper categorization.
- Support performance tracking by gathering content metrics and contributing insights for continuous improvement.
