Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Advisor who will be a trusted partner for both our customers and our workshop team. Someone who enjoys listening, planning and communicating, and who can help ensure every service job is managed professionally from start to finish.

What you'll do

You will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the entire service process.

In this role, you will:

• Receive vehicles into the workshop and agree the scope of work with customers.
• Plan workshop activities together with technicians and coordinate service jobs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and recommend the best solutions.
• Work closely with the Parts Department and other service colleagues.
• Handle service administration, including invoicing.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for

We believe you'll succeed in this role if you:

• Have a technical or automotive education.
• Have previous experience in a service advisor role or within the automotive industry.
• Enjoy working with customers and finding practical solutions.
• Can organise your work effectively and manage priorities.
• Value teamwork while being able to work independently.
• Are detail-oriented, responsible and well organised.
• Are comfortable using standard computer applications.
• Hold a valid Category B driving licence.

Experience with Scania trucks, a Category C driving licence or English language skills are considered an advantage, but are not essential.
