Scania Assistance service coordinator
Your job responsibilities:
- Provide Scania technical support services to Scania Lietuva customers.
- Book a service time for Scania Lietuva customer vehicles abroad.
- Check invoices received from other countries, as well as prepare invoices for technical assistance cases.
- Coordinate the provision of Scania emergency services.
- Contact the global Technical Assistance Service for customer complaints.
As a good candidate you have:
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within your competencies.
- Appropriate secondary or higher education.
- Desired knowledge of the heavy truck industry and the technical design of cars.
- Outstanding organization and administration skills.
- High stress tolerance and empathetic.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
- Good computer skills.
