Scania Assistance service coordinator

Your job responsibilities:

  • Provide Scania technical support services to Scania Lietuva customers.
  • Book a service time for Scania Lietuva customer vehicles abroad.
  • Check invoices received from other countries, as well as prepare invoices for technical assistance cases.
  • Coordinate the provision of Scania emergency services.
  • Contact the global Technical Assistance Service for customer complaints. 

 

As a good candidate you have:

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within your competencies.
  • Appropriate secondary or higher education.
  • Desired knowledge of the heavy truck industry and the technical design of cars.
  • Outstanding organization and administration skills.
  • High stress tolerance and empathetic. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English, and Russian. 
  • Good computer skills.
