Role Summary
Currently, the Black Sea Unit of TFS (formed by Scania Credit Romania and Scania Finance Bulgaria) is looking to appoint a new competent professional in the position of Credit & Collection Officer.

Job Responsibilities
What YOU will do:
Every day is an occasion for growth, being responsible for:
Customer focus
Deliver high efficiency and performance while ensuring high quality and company protocols are in place when contacting customers that are past due via phone calls, emails, chats
Negotiate with and motivate customers to repay their debts
Interview reasons for delays in payments and proposed the process for settlement
Constant monitoring of payment agreements
Administration
Credit assessment and analysis
Propose and approve credit limit based on limitation of authority
Manage credit limit proposal and obtain proper approval
Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt
Responding to customer queries
Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments
Assisting with Anti-money Laundering processes and compliance
Display understanding of collections processes, legislation & regulations, market trends and industry best practices
About YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
Knowledge of office and accounting software.
Patience and resilience
Good English skills.
