Service Manager - Biatorbágy
Scania Hungária Ltd. is looking for a Service Manager to join its team in Biatorbágy.
We are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for managing the daily operations of the service workshop, ensure a high standard of customer service, develop and lead the team, and actively contribute to the service operation's business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service workshop
- Leading, motivating, and developing the service team
- Improving operational processes and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Developing customer relationships and handling complex customer complaints
- Monitoring and analyzing the service operation's business results, costs, and key performance indicators
- Cooperating with other departments to achieve common business objectives
Requirements
- Technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a service workshop or similar technical environment
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- English language skills are an advantage
- Experience in a commercial vehicle service workshop is an advantage
