About the role

As the National NVP and Logistics Manager, your are responsible for the overall management of the New Vehicle Preparation Workshop service team. Duties include:

  • Establish and refine delivery processes to ensure that each customer receives the same experience from the initial stage. 
  • Manage the order to delivery team in different stages of the delivery process and hold the team accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks in providing greater customer service.
  • Effectively manage the operation of the workshop and the customer reception area including managing and monitoring the process of customer complaints.


About you

You are an experienced Manager with a passion for transportation, experienced in leading a team to ensure new vehicle preparation processes are delivered to the highest standard in a timely manner.
With strong technical knowledge of the truck and/or transport industry you understand how to build an effective vehicle preparation process and deliver results through your team.
With a leadership style that is both confident and reassuring you are able to work with key stakeholder to help them through difficult situations where they require expert assistance. With a strong ability to effectively empower and delegate to others to ensure that support is provided in a timely manner.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and can effectively manage peaks and troughs in demand, by building strong relationships with the sales and delivery teams in order to create a work schedule that provides confidence and predictability to your team and customers.
