As a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Support and Quality Controller (LMS), you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, quality, and governance of Scania’s global Learning Management System. You will support end users and learning administrators worldwide, safeguard content quality, and contribute to a consistent and high‑quality learning experience across the organization.

 

 

About the Role

 

Working as part of the global People Services landscape, you will hold administrative responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). You will support licensing and user administration, moderate and approve learning content, and provide Level 2 functional and technical support. Through close collaboration with HR, IT, and global learning stakeholders, you will contribute to system stability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of Scania’s learning processes.

 

 

What You'll Do

 

LMS Administration & Support
Support SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration, including licensing management, user account administration, role assignments, and system configuration in line with global standards.

 

Content Quality Control & Governance
Moderate and approve LMS content created by local learning administrators, ensuring quality, consistency, correct language usage, and avoidance of duplication across the system.

 

End‑User Support (Level 2)
Provide Level 2 functional and technical support to global LMS users and learning administrators, resolving incidents and inquiries related to learning processes and system usage.

 

Training Scheduling & Reporting Support
Support users with training scheduling, course assignments, and creation of standard and ad‑hoc reports within the LMS.

 

Reporting & Analytics Support
Assist with LMS reporting and data analysis to support learning insights and operational needs.

 

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
Participate in system improvements, documentation updates, knowledge sharing activities, and delivery of training sessions for users and administrators.

 

Collaboration
Work closely with HR, IT, and global learning stakeholders to ensure aligned, high‑quality learning services.

 

 

What You Bring

 

Skills & Capabilities
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

• Proficient English (mandatory)
• Understanding of LMS content governance and quality assurance
• Structured troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Intermediate skills in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics
• Good understanding of global learning and training processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

 

Professional Profile
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS in a global environment
• Experience providing functional or technical system support
• Understanding of quality control and governance in learning systems
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and learning stakeholders

 

Your Background

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System certification – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Education, or equivalent work experience
• SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics certification – advantageous
