Product Experience Specialist 

 

 

South Central Region:  Working across our branches in Heathrow, Banbury, Abingdon, Swindon, Southampton and Fareham. 

 

 

Working Hours:  40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday

Supporting our Sales Team, you will have prime responsibility for providing a first-class new vehicle handover and demonstration experience for our customers.

 


In this role you will: 

•    Work in conjunction with the Sales Team to ensure all new vehicles are quality checked before customer hand over.
•    Support our customers and Sales Team with product knowledge and understanding of alternative fuels, electrification products and the drive to sustainability.
•    Interpret telematics and provide driver training for our customers.
•    Manage the region’s demonstrator vehicles, gathering customer feedback, insights and analysing performance data.
•    On occasion, deliver a new truck direct to a customer.

•    Highly organised - with great attention to detail, initiative, and self-motivation.
•    A confident communicator - engaging with customers and colleagues in person, in writing, and over the telephone.
•    IT proficient - experienced in the use of IT systems, including the standard MS Office suite.
•    A team player – integral to a small, dedicated team, able to prioritise, change pace and play your part in future sales for the region.
