Our department
Scania Finans AB is a financial services company within the business area TRATON Financial Services. We offer financing and insurance solutions for Scania products and related equipment through our seven branches in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Our customer finance portfolio exceeds 26 billion SEK and the company has close to one hundred employees, where of five in our Danish branch, located in the same premises as Scania Danmark, Commercial Operations, in Ishøj.

We are now looking for a Branch Manager that will lead Scania Finans AB’s operations in Denmark.

Your role
As Branch Manager, you’ll report to the Commercial Director of Scania Finans AB and face a wide variety of exciting tasks including:

• Proactively lead and develop the branch with a strong customer and business focus, in line with established plans and strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring they are sustainable, compliant, and profitable.
• Implement new products and solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration into the branch's offerings.
• Contribute to product development by providing valuable insights from customer interactions and market trends.
• Ensure smooth and efficient processes by regularly reviewing and improving workflows to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices within the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor branch performance, analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Your profile
You are someone who enjoys inspiring others and have an eye for business development. You see change and development as opportunities and lead development work with a structured approach and a strong customer focus and a can-do attitude.
To be successful in this role we also believe that you:

• Have several years of experience in asset financing, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Hold a university degree, preferably in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Are fluent in English and Danish. Understanding Swedish or speaking Swedish but understanding Danish is also acceptable.
• Previous management experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
