Service Advisor - Workshop Jihlava

Join the Scania team in Jihlava. We are looking for someone who can connect our customers' needs with the expertise of our workshop technicians. You will coordinate service jobs from the moment a vehicle is received until it is handed back to the customer. What you'll do

• Manage service orders from the moment a customer brings in their vehicle until it is repaired and handed back.
• Plan workshop activities and coordinate technicians and the parts department.
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis and find the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Monitor the quality of repairs, oversee the progress of service jobs, and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Handle related administrative tasks and invoicing.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate:

• Has a secondary school education (a technical or automotive background is an advantage).
• Has strong communication and customer service skills.
• Is well organised, able to prioritise tasks, and sees them through to completion.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
• Speaks Czech or Slovak language (as a must).

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in an automotive workshop, knowledge of trucks or trailer technology, a Category C driving licence, or can communicate in English. Experience leading a small team is also welcome. However, if you meet most of the requirements and are eager to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
