Salesperson

Responsibilities

  • Sell new Scania trucks and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while continuously developing business opportunities and expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored vehicle, financing, and service solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, conduct negotiations, and follow up throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Service, Finance, Logistics, and other sales support functions.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the Scania brand professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

We are looking for you if you have

  • A university degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Engineering).
  • Several years of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  • A valid Category B driving licence (Category C is an advantage).

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in commercial vehicle, automotive, or technical sales.
  • Knowledge of financing solutions or fleet management.
  • English language proficiency.
