As Assistant Sales Performance and Operations Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting the ongoing success and growth of our organisation. You’ll lead and nurture a team of six talented, field-based sales professionals who manage our national key accounts, offering finance and insurance solutions. Your role will blend inspiring leadership with sales strategy, process improvement, and operational excellence.

In this role you will:
