In this role you will:

•    Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs.
•    Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with business goals.
•    Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating closely to promote and generate finance solutions that drive vehicle sales.
•    Participate in and contribute to dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance.
•    Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors to foster long-term success.
•    Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support.
•    Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns that align with strategic objectives.

 

About you:
•    Commercial acumen - able to seek and spot opportunities, with a background in asset finance.
•    Team spirit - a strong sense of 'cross-functional collaboration’.
•    Solutions orientated - the desire to overcome hurdles and ability to problem solve.
