In this role you will:
• Pro-actively identify and pursue opportunities to increase vehicle and service sales, via phone calls and email.
• Build relationships to truly understand customer needs and requirements, enabling you to propose the best solutions.
• Focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information, contacting companies to verify decision-makers and relevant details.
• Ensure our CRM database is well-maintained for optimal lead generation efforts.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, whether from live campaigns or online lead sources, delivering a professional and timely response to all prospects.

• Excellent communicator – pro-active communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and via email.

• Self-motivated - the ability to take initiative and be motivated to support the business in the generation of leads, through outbound and inbound contact with prospective and existing customers.
