People Development Administrator - 12 Month FTC 

Location : Milton Keynes (Brand New Scania UK Learning Academy)

Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm 

Salary: Starting from £32,000

Summary

An opportunity for an organised administrator to join our People Development department. and play a key role in ensuring all delegates receive a fantastic experience. Due to our continued success as one of the country’s leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles and power solutions we are building a brand-new learning academy in Milton Keynes, where this role will be based.  The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration duties at the Scania Learning Academy. Working within the Learning and Development team to support our network and their customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all expectations are met.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Manage delegate arrivals and enquiries throughout the day, working alongside your colleagues in the training teams.
  • Updating and amending information within the Learning Academy and throughout the branch network.
  • Keep the Scania Learning system up to date.
  • Administration of IRTEC licensing.
  • Ensuring training courses are fully utilised, booked and scheduled.
  • Issuing and administering certifications for Road Speed Limiter, Master Technicians and CSCS cards.
  • Organising customer training, events and conferences (internal and external).
  • Updating and amending internal training/room planner.
  • Invoicing of training and events.
  • Use systematic management to document deviations and work on solutions to continuously improve.
  • Chair weekly meetings ensuring information sharing and learning.

  • Attention to detail – working with accuracy and diligence to ensure the department is compliant and up to date.
  • Excellent communicator – conversing with stakeholders, delegates and colleagues verbally and in writing.
