From ensuring the seamless integration between our MySuccess HR Platform and Dayforce Payroll system, to validating, analysing and presenting our P&C data to the broader business, to support strategic decision making. It is an exciting, fast paced role, within a team who are continually evolving to find the most efficient ways of working and to provide further insights”
In this role you will:
• Compile and Generate HR Reports: Create and distribute comprehensive HR reports, including key metrics such as headcount, turnover and recruitment statistics, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for decision-making.
• Enhance P&C Data Insights: Leverage advanced tools like Power BI and other data modelling techniques to transform P&C data into actionable insights, supporting strategic workforce planning and organisational goals.
• HR and Payroll System Integration: Assist in the seamless integration of HR and Payroll systems, ensuring consistent and accurate data flow between platforms, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency.
• System Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Address and collaborate on any system issues or failures, working closely with IT to resolve them swiftly and minimise disruptions to HR and Payroll processes.
• Data Validation & Accuracy Checks: Regularly verify and cross-check information in both the Payroll and HR systems to ensure consistency and data integrity, resolving discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Support Systems Manager with Ad-Hoc Queries & Projects: Provide timely support to the Systems Manager with ad-hoc queries, system-related issues, and various HR systems projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
About you:
Attention to Detail - A high level of precision and thoroughness in reviewing and processing data, ensuring accuracy and eliminating discrepancies or errors.
Data Driven - Expertise in using data to drive decisions, whether it's through generating insights, identifying trends, or supporting HR strategies.
Analytical Thinker - Skilled in evaluating data from multiple sources, identifying patterns, and interpreting results to provide actionable insights for HR leadership and stakeholders.
Problem Solving - Ability to think critically and creatively, finding innovative solutions to challenges and effectively collaborating with IT or other teams to implement fixes.
Teamwork - Thrives in a team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
Presenting – able to present findings in a way that stakeholders can understand and then relay to the broader business.
