In this role you will:
• Take ownership of expanding and nurturing our Fleet Sales customer base, driving portfolio growth, and supporting the successful introduction and sale of new products.
• Carefully identify, engage, and nurture new selling opportunities within your accounts, consistently striving to meet or surpass volume and margin targets with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Innovate sales strategies by reviewing current processes and approaches, actively exploring new sales initiatives that prioritise exceptional customer service and set industry benchmarks.
• Use your technical knowledge, skills, and industry experience to provide thoughtful, tailored solutions that drive customer success and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Exhibit a strong sense of dedication and commitment to achieving goals, ensuring timely delivery of results while maintaining a high standard of quality and prioritising customer satisfaction.

• Account management – experience managing stakeholders, accounts and sales processes.
