Marketing Production Coordinator

Marketing Production Coordinator

As Marketing Production Coordinator, you will coordinate marketing and communication production from request to delivery. You will act as the link between internal stakeholders, local markets, agencies and suppliers, ensuring that production work is clearly briefed, planned, tracked and delivered on time.

This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on stakeholder management, structure and collaboration. You will work in a highly international environment, supporting several markets and coordinating with people across different locations. Much of the collaboration happens remotely, so being self-driven, communicative and confident in moving work forward independently is essential.

The role includes coordinating the localization of regional campaigns, supporting local campaign production, handling ad hoc market requests and contributing to improved ways of working, systems and processes across the region.

What you will do

  • Coordinate localization of regional campaigns, including translation, adaptations, versioning, approvals and delivery.

  • Support local campaign production by coordinating briefs, timelines, suppliers, feedback, approvals and cost follow-up.

  • Handle ad hoc production requests from local markets in a structured and transparent way.

  • Act as the link between markets, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to keep work aligned and moving.

  • Follow up workflows, identify risks and help resolve bottlenecks before they affect delivery.

  • Support quality and consistency by reviewing content, coordinating final assets and contributing to improved ways of working.

About you

  • Structured and proactive – you are comfortable managing multiple requests, stakeholders and deadlines at the same time.
  • Strong in stakeholder management – you create clarity when many people are involved and know how to keep collaboration moving.
  • Clear communicator – you align expectations around briefs, timelines, responsibilities, feedback and delivery.
  • Self-driven – you are comfortable working independently in a largely remote and international environment.
  • Collaborative with external partners – you enjoy working with agencies, suppliers and production partners, and understand how creative production processes work.
  • Creative eye – you can support high-quality output and give relevant input without being the content creator.
  • Quality-conscious – you understand the importance of brand consistency, quality and compliance in marketing production.
  • Experienced in production coordination – you have experience from marketing production, project coordination, campaign coordination, agency coordination or a similar role.
  • Used to complex environments – experience from a large company, or from an agency working with large corporate clients, is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English – you have strong written and spoken English as you will support colleagues from all Northern Europe region.

What makes this role exciting

You will be part of a regional marketing production setup working across multiple markets in a highly international environment. You will work closely with local markets, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers while helping build more efficient and consistent production flows across the region.

You will also be part of Scania, a strong and well-established brand with a clear purpose, high standards and a values-driven culture. It is a workplace where collaboration, continuous improvement and responsibility are central to how we work.

Salary: EUR 2800 - EUR 3000
