The work is carried out mostly in the test cells in-house and outside with opportunities to work on customer machines.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop ECU calibration to optimize performance, fuel efficiency and emissions.

- Ability to collaborate with software, hardware and testing team to bring together the complete system view.
- Prepare technical reports as requested to show progress and results achieved.
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you bring 5+ years of experience in calibration – ideally within heavy duty diesel engines along with a technical degree or equivalent practical experience. You enjoy working hands-on with engine control functions such as fuel management, torque control, and emissions, and you are comfortable both in engine test benches and real-world testing environments. You approach challenges with a curious and analytical mindset and collaborate well with the cross-functional team.
