Job Responsibilities

 

  • Optimize Value-Adding Processes: Lead and develop efficient, scalable, and value-adding processes that align with Scania's strategic goals.
  • Apply Technical Expertise: Focus on process design and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with our technical infrastructure.
  • Support Engineering Teams: Mentor and advise engineers, providing guidance on complex technical issues and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and initiate actions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with various departments, including R&D, production, and IT, to ensure processes meet the needs of all stakeholders. Foster innovation and adapt quickly to changes by working in agile teams.
  • Integrate with TRATON: Collaborate with the TRATON Group to align processes with overarching strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead New Projects: Drive and support new projects that enhance Scania's competitive edge in the market.

Who You Are

 

  • Educational Background: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in process architecture, with a strong focus on value-adding processes and technical expertise. Prior experience with battery assembly is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process modeling tools and a deep understanding of technical systems and infrastructures.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
