Currently the company is looking for a competent and highly motivated individual for the position of
CREDIT CONTROLLER . 

Job Responsibilities

The Role:

You will add your personal value by:
- Proactively & effectively hard and soft collection of the debts, closely monitoring of the receivables overdue, eliminating risk of bad debts, maintaining within ERP system full notes of collection activities undertaken. Bad debt meetings participation;
- Regular meeting of the overdue customers, negotiating repayments and/or contract restructures, transfers or repossessions, constructing and proposing solutions in bad debt cases;
- Communication with external litigators under the supervision, responsibility for all recovery cases, management of the legal process;
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of local buy-back agreements, guarantees, ownership transfers, pledge register documents administration;
- Involved in the termination, repossession, returning and remarketing process of the financed assets under the supervision of the Credit risk manager. Assets management;
- Covering the respective administrative work and coordinate/management of the involved stakeholders, liaisons with 3rd parties;
- Handling and participate in internal projects as they arise;
- AML coordinator activities, part of local AML team;

The Person:

Very Proactive and self-organized team player with strong communication skills and:

- At least 5 years of experience in credit control and bad debts procedures, relevant experience in a lease or international company will be strong advantage;
- Legal background is highly appreciated;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can deal with demanding customers in a calm and effective manner;
- Solution oriented;
- Focus on details is important and ability to work under pressing deadlines;
- Very good English level and Excel skills ;
- Willingness to travel within Bulgaria when needed;
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills;
