Branch Manager - Scania Swindon 

 


Working Hours: Monday to Friday

 


Salary up to £65,000 plus excellent benefits package

As a Branch Manager, you are an excellent people manager who is committed to exceeding customer needs, while achieving the branch financial and operational targets. You are passionate about inspiring and developing your team of talented Technicians, Service professionals and Parts Specialists.

 


You will champion health and safety within your branch and workshop, take pride in developing your team and ensure profitability via customer satisfaction.

 


It is essential that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building excellent working relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers. Having a keen eye for detail, the ability to interpret the story behind the data and implement positive change, are all key to your role.
