This position is within one of TRATON’s companies.

Back Office Specialist

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to offering complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – permeate everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of an ambitious, engaged, and self-driven team of three people plus a team leader. The team primarily supports Estonian customers and dealers with financing, insurance, and payment solutions. You’ll handle a wide variety of tasks, and no two days are the same. This role offers the opportunity to actively identify improvement potential within the local operations and contribute to change. Most work is done in a shared flow of incoming cases, where the team coordinates the handling of various issues and questions together.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Contact with customers, dealers, various stakeholders, and internal/external departments to ensure our customers receive the best support possible.
  • Ensure accurate handling of payment flows, invoices, document management, and control/activation of financing agreements.
  • Ensure accurate registration and archiving of customer data, documentation, customer knowledge, customizations, etc.
  • Proactively collaborate with dealers to efficiently resolve tasks.
  • Update and develop existing workflows and processes.
  • Perform business/sales support tasks such as contributing to upselling, preparing credit cases, and responding to customer and dealer inquiries regarding business and leasing system handling.
  • Identify and eliminate deviations and educate colleagues and dealers to reduce discrepancies and waste.

Who Are You?

We’re looking for someone who is customer-oriented, collaborative, and meticulous, with experience in a similar role. Have you worked in a finance company, insurance company, or bank, preferably with accounting, credit/financial analysis, AML, or sales support? Then you might have the right skills for this role.

We value someone who brings positive energy, joy at work, and a solution-oriented attitude. Since the role involves a lot of communication, you need to be polite, clear, and adaptable in both spoken and written Estonian and English, Russian skills are beneficial.

You enjoy structure and are confident using Microsoft Office, and you’re eager to contribute to improvement efforts.
We look forward to meeting a team player who puts the team before self, respects Scania’s core values, and has a positive attitude when interacting with colleagues and customers!
