Scania Baltics is looking for E-Mobility and Sustainability Manager!

In this expert role, you will work closely with sales teams in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, supporting them in driving the sale of electric trucks and sustainable energy solutions. You will also play a key role in training the sales teams on e-mobility technologies, representing the company at public events, and advocating for sustainable solutions with major clients and public institutions.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Lead and expand sales of electric trucks and e-mobility products across the Baltic region. 

  • Team Collaboration & Training: Work closely with our sales teams in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, providing hands-on support and training to enhance their expertise in e-mobility and sustainable solutions. 

  • Customer Support & Lobbying: Build and manage relationships with key customers, including international companies and public institutions. Engage in lobbying efforts to promote environmentally friendly transport solutions. 

  • Public Representation: Represent the company at public events, conferences, and forums. Deliver presentations and participate in discussions to promote sustainable transport, green energy solutions and promote decarbonation, CO2 reduction importance. 

  • Sustainable Solutions Advocacy: Work with customers and customers customer to transition to alternative energy sources such as biomethane, electric , hydrogen and other decarbonation solutions. Be a thought leader and advocate for greener transportation options in the industry. 
  • Market Strategy: Develop tailored sales and business development strategies to meet the specific needs of the Baltic market. Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. 

  • Customer Training & Education: Provide customers with technical knowledge and best practices in transitioning to electric and sustainable solutions. 

We welcome you to apply if you have the next competences:

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive, transport, or sustainable energy sectors. Experience in e-mobility, electric vehicles, or renewable energy solutions is highly preferred. 

  • Sales & Training Skills: A proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation, customer management, and training skills. Ability to educate and inspire both internal teams and customers about sustainable solutions. 

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electric vehicle technologies, biomethane, hydrogen, and other alternative energy sources. 

  • Public Speaking & Representation: Strong public speaking skills with experience presenting at conferences, public events, or customer-facing forums. 

  • Lobbying & Networking: Experience working with high-level stakeholders, including public institutions and large international companies, to promote environmentally friendly policies and solutions. 

  • Communication: Fluency in English and one or more Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Passion for Sustainability: A deep commitment to sustainability and promoting green solutions in the transport industry.
