Please note: This recruitment is for TRATON Finans AB, Scania’s financial services organization. The position is not based at a Scania dealer, but in the finance company supporting customers and dealers with financing, insurance, and related services.

About the Role
In this role, you will join TRATON Finans AB’s Lithuanian customer operations team, which supports Scania customers and dealers with financing, insurance, and payment solutions. Your main focus will be managing the existing insurance portfolio while also supporting a wider range of back office and customer service tasks. The role requires accuracy, structure, and the ability to handle regular routines, while also identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to change.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage the existing insurance portfolio, including renewals, terminations, policy changes, customer requests, reporting, and payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate actively with insurance partner, customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely insurance and finance administration.
- Maintain accurate policy and customer information in internal systems and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
- Support payment flows, invoices, document management, and control/activation of financing agreements as needed.
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries related to insurance, financing, and business system processes.
- Contribute to workflow improvements, process development, and elimination of deviations and waste.
Who Are You?
- You have experience in insurance administration or a similar role, preferably within an insurance company, finance company, bank, or customer operations environment.
- You are highly accurate, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work confidently with policies, customer data, payments, documentation, and internal systems.
- You have high routine tolerance and can manage recurring administrative tasks with consistency, quality, and ownership.
- You are also innovation-oriented and proactive in identifying improvements, simplifying workflows, and reducing deviations and waste.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dealers, partners, and colleagues, both in written and spoken Lithuanian and preferably in English.
- You are a positive team player who respects Scania’s core values and contributes to a collaborative and customer-focused working environment.
- You have a university degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
