Rental Administrator

Job Title: Rental Administrator

Location: Scania Warrington (WA5 YAH) with occasional travel across branches. 

Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term

Salary: From £25,000 plus an excellent benefits package including;

In this role, you will:


•    Assist with month-end invoicing.
•    Processing vehicles check ins/outs at Branch 
•    Process rental agreements as required.
•    Support in internal compliance audits. 
•    Raise purchase order numbers.
•    Deal with sales ledger queries.
•    Deal with incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and redirect them accordingly.
•    Reach out to customers to secure order numbers and schedule work for damage repairs or maintenance needs.

•    Diligent – accurately carry out a broad range of administrative duties, with excellent attention to detail.  
•    Team player – work as a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service. 
•    Excellent communicator – able to clearly communicate with customers and internal colleagues via email and over the phone.
•    Organised – the ability to efficiently track and follow up on overdue servicing and MOT requirements, ensuring they are addressed promptly and in a well-organized manner."
