The main responsibility for the Foreman is to plan and lead the work in the workshop ensuring excellent service and efficiency. This means to assist the Service Manager and the Service Advisor in the organization and execution of the workshopÂs production. This is achieved by leading multi skilled teams delivering the agreed service and quality at the promised time, fulfilling SHE requirements.
