TRATON Finans AB is a financial services company within the business area TRATON Financial Services. We offer financing and insurance of Scania products through our seven branches in the Nordic and Baltic countries as well as offering financing of MAN products in some of the seven markets. The company’s customer finance portfolio exceeds 25 billion SEK and has around 120 employees, of which half are located at the headquarters in Södertälje, and the other half of the workforce is distributed among our seven branches, in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden.
We are now looking for a committed and driven Assistant to Managing Director.
Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who likes to work in a fast moving environment with an international touch. You will become the spider in the web that makes sure that things flow as smoothly as possible. You will work closely with the executive team as well as supporting the entire company, but also have your own responsibility for different tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, activities, and presentations
- Coordinate and support internal and external communication
- Participate in and lead small projects and improvement initiatives
- Manage the annual meeting cycle, including invitations, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on actions
- Coordinate, compile, and distribute board materials
- Organize conferences and other company events
- Administer company agreements and official documents
- Act as Office Manager
- Develop and implement routines and processes to improve efficiency and support the organization
- Administer and maintain Reflex, SharePoint, and Team Room systems
Who You Are
We are looking for a person with experience from a similar role and with a strong commitment and drive. You have very good knowledge of the Office package and new techniques in general. We value good knowledge of Scania's way or TFS Way of working and an established network within the organisation. We also believe you have an education that allows you to broaden your duties and responsibilities within our team. As TRATON Finans AB is an international company and you will have daily contact with our branches, we expect you to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
