Scania Finans AB is a financial services company within the business area Scania Financial Services. We offer financing and insurance of Scania products through our seven branches in the Nordic and Baltic countries. With a customer finance portfolio that exceeds 24 billion SEK, Scania Finans AB is the largest financial services company within Scania. The company has around 100 employees, of which half are located at the headquarters in Södertälje.

Role Summary
As a Financial Business Developer at Scania Finans, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and creating innovative financial solutions. Your role will involve developing, managing, and enhancing our financial products and services to increase profitability and efficiency while delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate smaller or larger product development projects or activities, ensuring knowledge-based decisions and promoting a customer-oriented mindset.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop or enhance new financial products and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams, create development plans, and ensure effective implementation and follow-up of projects.
- Apply the TRATON Financial Services Way framework to maintain and improve processes, contributing to daily follow-up and improvement activities.
Who You Are
- You have relevant education or equivalent work experience in customer financing.
- You have worked with related sales and/or process development activities in previous roles
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to create compelling business cases.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, fluent in English.
