System Test Leader for Future Powertrains

What you will do

As a test leader for the gearbox management system (GMS), you get the opportunity to work with powertrains that year after year is ranked on top in different market segments and rewarded with several awards for their functionality and efficiency. In close collaboration with the system owner, you will be an instrumental part of delivering world-class software.

The main deliverables include the system test plan, test coverage, documentation of test results and recommendation on approval level for the software. Your work will also involve development of the test strategies and processes.

What you will bring

To excel in this role, you can quickly grasp advanced problems and find creative solutions together with your colleagues. You are structured and able to clearly compile data and efficiently deliver results. As the position involves many interfaces, you are responsive and enjoy making new contacts. You believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders and motivating others to work towards a common goal.

You have a relevant university education or equivalent experience. Experience from working with test and coordination is required and experience in embedded software development is beneficial. Knowledge of the powertrain is an advantage.

A European driving license for a car is a must, a C driver's license is meritorious. You master English in both speech and writing.
