As a Scrum Master within battery development for TRATON electric vehicles, you'll take on the exciting challenge of organizing, monitoring, and leading current and future projects. You’ll navigate technological shifts and find innovative ways to work and collaborate.

You’ll be part of the VCT Energy Storage Battery Pack team, specifically focusing on battery regulations. On this arena with your team you’ll be an important part heading TRATON battery development in the right direction and in the smartest way interpretating and translating legal demands into the very best battery pack on the market.
 

Your tasks

You will collaborate with a Product Owner and your team of specialists within lobby, interpretation of legal demands and also making sure we certify our product in a suitable manner. 

 

Your primary responsibility is to lead the team and ensure smooth workflow. Additionally, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including other VCT teams, the homologation department, Production, and Procurement. 

This collaboration is essential for prioritizing and aligning our efforts toward common goals. You will balance a holistic perspective with attention to detail. You may also actively participate in some specialist tasks, particularly planning.

  • be an Agile enthusiast who understands product development processes and preferably has experience with agile methods.
  • to have project management skills and bring your leadership experience to the table.
  • to be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • a strong team spirit
  • ability to communicate effectively with colleagues on all levels 
  • an interest in technology and a willingness to be involved in everyday technical work.
  • competence in electrification or embedded systems technology is considered a merit.
