Propósito del cargo
- Definir, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de buses en la zona centro del país, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad, participación de mercado y satisfacción del cliente, alineado con los estándares globales de Scania y las metas corporativas.
- Responsabilidades principalesDiseñar y liderar la estrategia comercial de buses, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos nacionales y globales.Gestionar el presupuesto comercial, controlando costos, márgenes y rentabilidad.
- Desarrollar planes de expansión y penetración de mercado, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio en transporte de pasajeros.
- Negociar acuerdos estratégicos con clientes corporativos, operadores y entidades gubernamentales, asegurando relaciones de largo plazo.
- Supervisar y potenciar el desempeño del equipo comercial, promoviendo liderazgo, desarrollo de talento y cultura de alto rendimiento.Analizar indicadores clave del negocio (KPI) y presentar reportes estratégicos a la Dirección Comercial.
- Coordinar con Marketing, Postventa, Finanzas y Logística para garantizar una experiencia integral al cliente.
- Impulsar proyectos de innovación comercial y digitalización para mejorar procesos y eficiencia.
- Representar a la compañía en eventos, ferias y asociaciones del sector, fortaleciendo la presencia de marca.
Perfil requerido
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 10 años en áreas comerciales, con al menos 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo senior.
- Experiencia en gestión estratégica de ventas en transporte de pasajeros, buses o sector automotriz.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión comercial, análisis financiero y CRM.Inglés avanzado (negociación y reportes).
- Competencias: visión estratégica, liderazgo inspirador, negociación de alto nivel, orientación a resultados, pensamiento analítico y comunicación efectiva.

Sales
Sell a range of products and services to significant customers and/or manage a sales team for a given area.
Business Planning
Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); develop business cases for key activities/projects; and estimate the financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets.
Sales Opportunities Creation
Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.
Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting
Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
Leadership and Direction
Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
Performance Management
Manage and report on the performance of a substantial, diverse team; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project / account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives.
Marketing
Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of a product, service or marketing area under guidance from senior colleagues.
Budgeting
Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
Insights and Reporting
Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
Operational Compliance
Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
Organizational Capability Building
Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs. Plan and implement actions, including continuing professional development specified by professional or regulatory institutions, to build their professional capabilities. Provide informal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
