Role Summary

Workplace Tasks:

  • Managing Director administration support
  • RVG administration
  • Used vehicles appraisal and approval verification
  • Pool vehicles fleet management
  • Top management expenditures check
  • Perform other work as instructed by the Director

Job Responsibilities

Detailed Tasks:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Coordinate communications, including calls, emails, and send-outs
  • Receive and assist visitors
  • Arrange and support events, meetings, and conferences by surveying alternatives, preparing options, and arranging details
  • Manage expenses and invoices according to company standards
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
  • Maintain office supplies; place and expedite orders, verify receipt
  • Support Manager and team members with operational equipment (computers, phones) regarding ordering, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Understand and act according to the Scania framework
  • Maintain normal operations, detect deviations, and act immediately to eliminate them
  • Contribute to daily follow-up and steering
  • Participate and contribute to improvement activities based on standardized working methods
