About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Administrator / Performance Portfolio Analyst to support the management of service contracts, supplier performance, and operational delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contracted services are delivered efficiently, meet customer expectations, and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical and administrative mindset, with a solid understanding of business control principles, cost analysis, performance reporting and financial analysis.  This person will be able analyse data and develop reports to present data in a logical and professional manner.

Based in Campbellfield, Vic or Richlands, Qld.

You are a highly organised and stakeholder-focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering quality outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Sound understanding of financial principles
• Experience in contract establishment and administration
• Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools to develop and construct complex data presentation dashboards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

• Experience working within service, maintenance, or industrial environments
• Experience supporting operational and financial performance reviews
