Job Responsibilities

What you will do 
Reporting to the Director - Marketing and Communications, a key member of the Marketing Team.
This role is crucial in leading the adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM within the business, driving business success, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.  This will be achieved in part by ;
•    Supporting and guiding internal stakeholders in the adoption of a CRM
•    Deliver results through lead generation, marketing automation / SCRM campaigns
•    Analyse customer data to provide insights
•    Support our digitalization journey with digital marketing tools
•    Define knowledge levels and initiate training and activities

Who you are
To be successful in this role within our organisation, we believe that you will have the following: 
•    3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Digital, CRM Analyst or similar position
•    Solid understanding of the flow between data management, business analytics and business and marketing automation
•    Good understanding of data platform and data warehouse structures
•    Experienced working with a CRM System
•    Must have strong experience in analysing CRM data and building targeted marketing campaigns
•    Strong customer centric approach with strong business partnership skills
