About the Role
We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our Services Agreements team based in Campbellfield

In this role, you will provide administrative and reporting support while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer contracts. Working closely with sales teams, workshops, and operational stakeholders, you will help ensure contracts are administered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, amend, and terminate contracts, maintaining accurate records and responding to enquiries
  • Provide support and subject matter expertise to national and retail sales teams
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of contract portfolio frameworks and processes
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support business performance and profitability
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, workshops, and sales teams
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to support business decision-making and continuous improvement

 

About You
You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering quality outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience within the automotive, transport, or a related industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong administration, organisational, and computer skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and develop practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
