What you will do

This is a part time position working three days per week.  You will support the Credit Risk Manager in developing, defining, implementing and maintaining the credit risk framework that supports Scania Finance Australia. This includes credit application underwriting, process improvement, portfolio management, asset management, contribute to debt recovery activities, legal liaison and compliance reporting. You will be a key part of;

  • Credit assessment and analysis
  • Development of proposals for credit approval
  • Approving credit applications under their own credit mandate
  • Supporting the proactive steering on credit risk related projects
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting statistical portfolio performance.
  • Assisting with Anti-money Laundering processes and compliance

 

Who you are

To be successful as a Credit Risk Analyst within our organisation, you will have:

  • Strong credit underwriting experience gained within the financial services or banking industry
  • Experience in commercial loans and asset management
  • Your ability to analyse and interpret financial and commercial information
  • Demonstrated portfolio management in previous roles will make you a stand out candidate
  • You will have tertiary qualification in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (or working towards completion)
