What you will do

As part of the New Vehicle Product team you will be ensuring the coordination of vehicles through the workshop, meeting the needs and expectations of delivery throughout the customers Scania experience, from the development of Work Orders, Ordering of parts, Scheduling of the workshop and invoicing. You will be responsible for;

  • Working closely with the Sales Team & New Vehicle Coordinators to ensure effective delivery of work orders
  • Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
  • Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity.
