What You'll Do
As a valued member of the Campbellfield NVP (New Vehicle Production) team, you will serve as the key link between our customers and workshop operations, providing a seamless experience and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the service process Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Service Team and Workshop to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of work orders
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing cash sales transactions and coordinating vehicle handovers upon completion of work
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to support operational excellence
  • Creating and invoicing work orders, raising job lines, and allocating work to the workshop to support effective planning and scheduling


About You
With experience in the heavy vehicle industry, you bring a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build positive relationships and contribute to successful business outcomes You will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to think proactively, solve problems, and show initiative
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management capabilities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to accuracy, teamwork, and delivering a high standard of customer service
