What you will do

Based in Campbellfield, you will be part of the Scania Finance team across Australia and New Zealand you will be responsible for;

  • Coordination and Verification of customer documentation pertaining to settlement of Asset Finance contracts
  • Settlement processing and the preparation of ancillary documents
  • Daily Banking reconciliation 
  • Report deviations and actively monitor compliance 
  • Maintain Contract Management systems, including the closure of contracts. 

 

Who you are

To be successful as a Settlement Administrator Officer within our organisation, we believe that you will have;

  • Robust commercial acumen and risk awareness approach with relevant experience of the financial services sector
  • Strong stakeholder communication and time management skills
  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain strong processes that meet legal compliance requirements
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service and administrative skills
