HR Process Analyst

We are looking for candidates for the position of a Regional Process Analyst (M/K).

About the Role

As a HR Process Analyst, you will serve as a crucial link between local operational teams and central process owners. You’ll observe real workflows, capture regional nuances, and turn them into clear, efficient process maps and documentation. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, loves process clarity, and wants to influence the backbone of a growing, high-performing organization.

What You'll Do

Analyze and Observe Workflows:

  • Interview SME teams across regions 
  • Shadow tasks to understand day-to-day operations and variations 
  • Document Regional Process Differences:
  • Capture tools, systems, and handoff specifics per country 
  • Create clean, structured process templates and documentation 

Act as the Connector:

  • Bridge communication between local teams and the central process function 
  • Align expectations, process goals, and updates across stakeholders 

Map and Enhance Processes:

  • Analyze current ("as-is") processes and propose improvements 
  • Collaborate on future-state ("to-be") workflows and best practices 

Spot Opportunities:

  • Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or gaps 
  • Recommend actionable solutions for simplification and optimization 

Translate Into Clear Flows:

  • Turn raw input into logical, compliant process flow diagrams 
  • Ensure documentation aligns with local regulations and global standards 

What You Bring
Core Skills:

  • Strong experience in process mapping and business analysis (e.g., Visio, BPMN) 
  • Skilled interviewer and workflow observer 
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator 
  • High attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach 
  • Solid understanding of operational, legal, and regional compliance needs 

Your Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field 
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or transformation 
  • Experience in regional/multi-country roles is a strong advantage 
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or PMP are a plus 
  • Familiarity with shared services, manufacturing, logistics, or IT environments 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6
