Junior People Services Specialist

We are building a world-class Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk and is looking for a Junior People Services Specialist to join the People & Culture Operations team.

Purpose of the Role

The People Services Junior Specialist acts as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR-related support. The role contributes to the business strategy by delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR service across basic and repeatable People & Culture processes. The position supports operational efficiency by ensuring effective triage, resolution, or escalation of employee inquiries, while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks

First-Line HR Support

  • Serve as the initial contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets

  • Triage, resolve, or escalate requests related to HR policies, processes, systems, and employee data updates

  • Provide guidance on system navigation (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)

Employee Lifecycle & Transactional Support

  • Support basic employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors and other HR systems

  • Assist managers and P&C partners with logging standard transactions and redirect complex cases to appropriate operational teams

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and confidentiality of employee information

Collaboration & Service Excellence

  • Collaborate with People Services team members, Operations teams, and European P&C partners

  • Maintain a customer-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery

  • Follow applicable HR processes, standards, and local/legal guidelines

 

Required Skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors

  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

Work Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in P&C operations, HR services, helpdesk, contact center, or shared services

  • Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes

  • Ability to handle confidential information and resolve standard cases independently

  • Strong customer service orientation
