Regional HR Business Partner

Role Summary

The HR Business Partner is responsible for serving as a strategic partner to the Regional GM and leadership team, ensuring the effective delivery of the full spectrum of Human Resources services across the region. The role drives business performance through people strategies, leads key HR initiatives and provides coaching to leaders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring high performance, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent management, and employee relations matters.
  • Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives across the region.
  • Analyze workforce trends, engagement data, and HR metrics to provide actionable insights to business leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies while mitigating people-related risks.
  • Champion leadership development and talent succession initiatives to strengthen organizational capability

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources    Labour Relations, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years operating as a Human Resources Business Partner within a multinational.
  • Completion of recognised leadership and management development programmes (e.g., Leadership Development, People Management, Coaching for Leaders, Change Management, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
  • Experience leading HR projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business sites.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people strategies to commercial outcomes.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
