Sales Manager Switzerland
Are you passionate about making a sustainable impact in the world of electric transport? Do you thrive in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment? Then you might be the new Sales Manager in Switzerland at Erinion!
About us
Erinion designs, builds and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles. As part of the Scania Group, we combine the strength of a global transport leader with the agility of a fast-growing company. Our approach focuses on energy efficiency and optimal utilisation, ensuring that electrification is not only sustainable but also financially and commercially viable for our customers. We support different ways of financing, owning and operating charging sites, so that each customer can find the model that best fits their business. With operations across eight European markets and global expansion underway, we enable transport operators to electrify their fleets with confidence and long-term profitability.
Your role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the shift to electric transport by driving the adoption of depot charging and e-mobility solutions. These include integrated hardware, software, and services that support the electrification of commercial fleet depots. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying prospects and analyzing the market to shaping tailored proposals, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-impact deals.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take initiative, act entrepreneurially, and play a direct part in our growth. You’ll work on strategic, often long-cycle projects that require both commercial acumen and technical insight. By building strong partnerships and delivering solutions that put the customer first, you’ll support our clients in electrifying their operations and advancing toward a more sustainable transport system.
Your responsibilities
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in the field and driving business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in depot charging and fleet electrification, with a strong focus on customer needs and evolving market trends.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitch delivery to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop tailored value propositions and act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve profitability while navigating the shift to electrification.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Deployment & Operations, to ensure customer expectations are aligned with how solutions are delivered.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to continuously refine sales strategies and strengthen our offering.
