What you will do
Based in our Laverton branch, this role reports to the Parts Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Accurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and payment
- Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
- Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location
- Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop
- Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
Who you are
To thrive as a Parts Advisor, you will bring a strong background in parts within the automotive industry, along with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, automotive parts role within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive attitude, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving positive business outcomes
- Sound computer skills and experience using inventory or parts management systems
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
