Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).

• Collecting, analyzing, and monitoring financial data, variances, and trends.

• Preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other financial analyses.

• Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures and supporting internal audits.

• Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with national and international tax regulations.

• Managing financial risks and supporting financial planning and forecasting.

• Preparing special reports, budgets, and forecasts for projects and investments.

Our Expectations

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual with a degree in economics and at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance role. A good command of English is required; knowledge of Croatian or Serbian is an advantage. A category B driving license is also desirable. Strong Excel skills, a passion for teamwork, and a willingness to continue professional learning and development are expected.
