Credit Controller

Job Responsibilities
- Proactive monitoring of overdue receivables and providing up-to-date reports on customer status
- Daily communication with customers (phone/email) and performing collection activities
- Managing collection procedures via promissory notes and cooperating with external collection agencies
- Coordination with attorneys in collection and legal procedures
- Preparing termination letters and coordinating processes related to repossessions and other relevant situations
- Preparing regular reports and contributing to monthly analyses
- Daily posting of payments and ensuring complete and accurate documentation when closing contracts
- Preparing early settlement offers for customers and issuing monthly invoices
What we expect from you
- Completed secondary education; a higher education degree in economics is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a business environment and customer-facing roles
- Experience in collections or the legal field is an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Category B driving licence
- Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow
