Job Title: Business Executive – Direct Sales

We’re seeking a driven and proactive Business Executive to join our Direct Sales team. You will need to be a dynamic self-starter and a results driven professional with a passion for selling and developing your own sales leads and customer relationships. Responsible for generating new business and proactively seeking new sales by supporting the dealer truck sales teams for new, used and non-brand products

 

You are expected to deliver seamless, quality processing of the finance you provide by creating quality finance proposals, submitting credit applications, and liaising with your credit colleagues to agree mutually agreeable solutions that meet our customer’s needs and support achievement of your sales targets. 

In this role you will:

 

  • Generate new business by supporting your truck sales colleagues and through proactive lead generation and outbound sales activity
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external customers and a wide range of internal colleagues.
  • Negotiate finance terms and rates with customers, providing written quotations in accordance with company requirements.
  • Work alongside your field based colleagues supporting their delivery of low-medium complexity deals as required to meet business objectives
  • Fully support dealer relationships and assist with the account management process.
  • Provide necessary reports and measures for customers to maintain effective account management.
  • Carry out administration as required to support sales and for the wider business as required.
  • Be responsible for brokering deals with our panel of lenders when required.

 

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years Asset finance sales experience
  • Experience of working in a sales environment and working to targets
  • Trustworthy – working with integrity in all you do, renowned as a trustworthy guide.
  • Strong communicator - possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationships.
  • Solutions orientated – the desire to overcome hurdles and ability to problem solve.
  • A team player – determined to succeed as a team, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our common goals.
  • Sales-Driven – Proactive, target-focused, and motivated to win new business
  • Results Orientated – the ability to demonstrate the effort and ambition to achieve results. 
  • Attention to detail – using excellent attention to detail to generate quotes, forecasting and reports.
