Location: Field based/ Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 
Salary: From £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package, including:

In this role you will:
•    Develop and nurture positive customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service, understanding our customers’ requirements.
•    Utilise your technical understanding of the HGV industry, to support our customers with their product and service queries. 
•    Deliver an exceptional service by effectively managing customer accounts and liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Understand problems and identify solutions, specifically how Scania can contribute to the optimisation of customers’ profitability.
•    Provide an interface between Scania, our branch network, and a nominated portfolio of National Fleet customers.

•    Customer focussed – possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationships.
•    Solutions orientated – the desire to overcome hurdles and ability to problem solve.
•    Team player – determined to succeed as a team, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our common goals.
•    Technical understanding – a background within the HGV industry, providing you with an understanding of the products and services on offer. 
•    Willingness to travel – driving to visit our customers and colleagues in person.
